Maurice founded RM Crowe in 1987. He focuses the majority of his time on new business and acquisitions for RM Crowe. Prior to forming his company, Maurice was Senior Vice President of Finance with Criswell Development Company where he was responsible for negotiations of joint venture agreements, debt and equity financings, private placements, investor/lender relations, specific project management accountability, construction in process management and evaluation of commercial office and hotel markets. For two years prior to joining Criswell, Maurice was an Associate Attorney with Winstead, Sechrest & Minick, P.C.
Chris is responsible for the financial performance of all divisions of the company including property operations, acquisitions, human relations, IT, financing and Joint Venture relations. Chris was formerly a Senior Vice President for GMAC Commercial Mortgage Japan where he was responsible for a mixed real estate portfolio of approximately $1 billion. Activities included the sale of $600 million of that portfolio over a 30-month period. His extensive experience includes ten years with Equitable Real Estate, six years operating his own successful boutique management/leasing company and four years with CB Richard Ellis, the last year of which he was based in Tokyo. He has been a frequent participant on industry panels and authored an asset management text book for BOMI.
Maggie joined RM Crowe in September 2008, serving as Property Controller and responsible for the financial accounting and reporting of company owned or managed buildings and TIC entities. For six and half years before joining RM Crowe, she was Director of Accounting then Controller for Rodman LLC, a large regional heavy construction and land development company. During her tenure at Rodman LLC the company grew in size from 500 employees and $120 million in annual revenues to 1,800 employees and $350 million annual revenue; Maggie helped build internal controls, implement best practices and efficiencies for all accounting functions, and streamline company financial reporting and taxation services. Prior to Rodman LLC, she was Assistant Controller at Ashton Woods Homes LLC-Paramount Land Development Company, Property Accountant at Archon Group LP, and Audit Associate at Coopers & Lybrand, later Price Waterhouse Coopers. She graduated from the MPA Program at The University of Texas at Austin, widely recognized as one of the leading graduate accounting programs in America, in May 1997.
Kacie joined RM Crowe in 2001 as a Property Manager, responsible for four of the company’s commercial properties in Dallas. While working at RM Crowe Headquarters, she also assisted in various business development projects and in 2002 transitioned to Corporate Operations. As Corporate Operations Advisor, Kacie’s responsibilities included market research and analysis, process improvement, multimedia design, and customized information management. Today Kacie is responsible for communicating with investors regarding investment performance, reporting, distributions, and specific investor issues. She works closely with the asset management, accounting, and information technology departments to develop and implement new solutions to achieve excellence in Investor Services.
Ross is responsible for performing due diligence, financial analysis and underwriting on potential acquisition targets. In addition, he is responsible for the financing of acquisitions as well as refinancing of existing assets. Prior to joining RM Crowe, Ross was at ORIX Capital Markets, LLC, focusing on loan servicing.
Bob serves in an Asset Management role, overseeing a portfolio of
commercial and retail properties located primarily in Dallas,
Houston and San Antonio. He is responsible for providing
Clif is currently responsible for leasing operations in Dallas for RM Crowe. These responsibilities include: Landlord representation, RMC Portfolio leasing, coordination of the Tenant Representation group and business development. With over 25 years experience leasing office space in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, he has had exposure to a broad range of office building types and classes. Prior to joining RM Crowe, he was Vice President of Prentiss Properties, responsible for the Dallas portfolio which exceeded 2 million square feet. In addition he was a Project Leasing Manager for Southland Financial Corp/JPI in Las Colinas with 19 properties and 2.5 million square feet of office space. He has successfully negotiated over 6.5 million square feet of leases averaging over 45 transactions per year.
Craig supervises the day to day engineering activities of the maintenance staff for the company, which consists of 40 engineers. He has been with RM Crowe for six years. His primary focus is to ensure preventative maintenance, efficient systems operation, safety and employee training. He is also involved in property transitions and acquisitions through property inspection due diligence. Prior to RM Crowe, Craig was with Transwestern Commercial Services where he was responsible for a portfolio of office and retail properties. Craig has over 16 years of experience in commercial office engineering and maintenance, and has been involved in all aspects of commercial management operations.
