Maurice founded RM Crowe in 1987. He focuses the majority of his time on new business and acquisitions for RM Crowe. Prior to forming his company, Maurice was Senior Vice President of Finance with Criswell Development Company where he was responsible for negotiations of joint venture agreements, debt and equity financings, private placements, investor/lender relations, specific project management accountability, construction in process management and evaluation of commercial office and hotel markets. For two years prior to joining Criswell, Maurice was an Associate Attorney with Winstead, Sechrest & Minick, P.C.

Chris is responsible for the financial performance of all divisions of the company including property operations, acquisitions, human relations, IT, financing and Joint Venture relations.
He has over 25 years of experience in the real estate investment industry. Most recently, he was the COO of Real Estate for the Broe Real Estate Company in Denver, Colorado. Broe’s $600 million plus portfolio included value add office; senior housing; medical office; multi-family and extensive land holdings. While with Broe he led them to complete over $100 million of new joint venture investments.
Chris was formerly a Senior Vice President for GMAC Commercial Mortgage Japan where he was responsible for a mixed real estate portfolio of approximately $1 billion. Activities included the sale of $600 million of that portfolio over a 30-month period. His extensive experience includes ten years with Equitable Real Estate, six years operating his own successful boutique management/leasing company and four years with CB Richard Ellis, the last year of which he was based in Tokyo. He has been a frequent participant on industry panels and authored an asset management text book for BOMI.

H. Dodd Crutcher

Dodd has primary responsibility for sourcing and closing all asset acquisitions and dispositions for the company. Prior to assuming this role, he served as President RMC Leasing, where he had direct oversight responsibilities for the leasing and marketing efforts in Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Denver. During that period of time, RM Crowe leasing agents were involved in nearly 1,300 lease transactions, encompassing over 2.8 million square feet. Prior to 2001, he served as General Counsel of RM Crowe and was responsible for negotiating leases, debt instruments and corporate legal issues on behalf of the company. Before joining RM Crowe in June 1998, Dodd was an Associate Attorney with Winstead, Sechrest & Minick, P.C., where his practice was focused on real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in performing due diligence for both lenders and developers and was also heavily involved in the representation of lenders in their conduit loan programs. Prior to joining Winstead, Dodd was a real estate broker with the Weitzman Group in Dallas, where he specialized in office leasing. He is an active member of the Real Estate Council and its Associate Leadership Council program. He is also a member of the Dallas Bar Association and Texas Bar Association.

Nikki H. Fanous

Nikki has practiced law in the State of Texas for over 14 years,
primarily in the areas of commercial real estate and financing. She
joined RM Crowe as General Counsel in November of 2006, and has
primary responsibility for all legal matters for the RM Crowe
organization, including acquisitions, dispositions, development,
leasing, financing, private placements, and retention and
supervision of outside counsel.
Prior to joining RM Crowe, she was a Partner at Jackson Walker LLP
for approximately ten years, specializing in retail and commercial
real estate development, leasing, and financing on behalf of
national real estate developers, users, and financial institutions
and before that was an Associate with Page & Addison, P.C.,
specializing in acquisitions, dispositions and a wide variety of
operational issues for owners and operators in the golf, club and
resort industry. She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the
State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association.

Larry joined RM Crowe in July of 2007. He is currently
responsible for understanding and implementing the business plan for
each asset, which includes enhancing tenant relations, marketing
each building and measuring performance for effective results-based
management.
Prior to joining RM Crowe, Larry pursued a career with Younan
Properties, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of the Texas Region.
He oversaw the supervision of 42 employees involved in the delivery
of management and engineering services for 14 Class A office assets
totaling 6.4 million square feet located in Dallas and Houston.
Additional responsibilities involved the oversight of third-party
leasing services, which includes the supervision of 16 leasing
professionals. Larry was also responsible for the negotiations and
execution of all lease transactions within the Texas Region for
Younan Properties, Inc
Larry also served as a Managing Director of Brokerage Services
with CB Richard Ellis. In this role, he oversaw the production of 22
producers involved in the delivery of brokerage services for over
13.5 million square feet of commercial real estate in the Dallas/Ft.
Worth market. He was also responsible for maximizing the revenue
production of team members and the development and implementation of
successful business strategies. With that said, Larry grew the team
portfolio by 3.4 million square feet in the first 12 months of
leadership with CB Richard Ellis.
Larry has over twenty-one years of experience in the commercial
real estate industry. With his diverse background including Asset
Management, Project Leasing, Brokerage, and Investment Sales in the
major metropolitan cities of the State of Texas, he is able to
maximize asset value and deliver measurable returns.

Michael Nelson

As Managing Director of the third party Office Services Division,
Mike focuses on real estate solutions for National and International
Investors. Mike is directly responsible for sourcing third party
business and formulating marketing, leasing, and property management
strategy for the company’s clients. Mike offers a unique perspective
on Commercial Real Estate spending half of his career working
directly for owners, half representing other owners, and adds a
depth of experience with the highest quality class “A” CBD office
buildings, to small value-add suburban properties. Mike has a
successful record of improving the performance of office, retail,
medical, multi-family, and industrial properties for developers,
owners, and third party management firms. The following is a partial

Group, Compass Bank, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, Lennar

Mike emphasizes understanding and implementing the business plan for

management. Mike uses a consultative approach, and custom mix of

leasing velocity, and deliver measurable returns.
Prior to assuming leadership of this new division in July 2007, Mike
served as Chief Operating Officer of RM Crowe, where he was
responsible for the supervision of operations, leasing,
construction, and development for properties in Dallas, Houston, San
Antonio, and Denver. During this time, Mike negotiated over 2,035
leasing transactions, averaging 407 signed leases per year,
encompassing 5,418,019 square feet.
Mike has 22 years of experience in real estate, and was formerly the
Regional Vice President of PM Realty Group responsible for 10
million square feet of third party management and leasing in the
Houston region. Prior to PM Realty Group, he was the Portfolio
Manager of Cushman & Wakefield's Houston properties. Mike began his
real estate career with Hines, where in addition to development,
construction, office, and retail operations and leasing, he was
afforded the opportunity to supervise other company owned affiliates
(marketing, security, and parking), providing a unique
experienced-based advantage with marketing efforts, operating
controls, and the ability to minimize vendor service contract
expenses while improving service and asset value.
Past National Board member of Women’s Business Alliance, President
of Joy Lutheran Church, and Board member of the Greater Dallas Roads
and Grounds Committee.

Nadine Parks

Nadine has been with RM Crowe for over ten years, and has accumulated much historical knowledge of the company while moving up in the ranks of property management. She is currently the Regional Manager responsible for the supervision of all property management personnel, as well as the development and administration of operational procedures. Nadine is closely involved with all departments of RM Crowe, as she assists in acquisitions/dispositions, accounting, leasing, asset management, human resources and of course property management. Her experience has also led her to become the main source of training for all new managers and administrative staff.
Nadine’s strength as a problem solver, combined with her historical experience at RM Crowe, has made her invaluable to the organization.

Kacie Burke

Kacie joined RM Crowe in 2001 as a Property
Manager, responsible for four of the company’s commercial
properties in Dallas. While working at RM Crowe Headquarters,
she also assisted in various business development projects and
in 2002 transitioned to Corporate Operations. As Corporate
Operations Advisor, Kacie’s responsibilities included market
research and analysis, process improvement, multimedia design,
and customized information management.
Today Kacie is responsible for
communicating with investors regarding investment performance,
reporting, distributions, and specific investor issues. She
works closely with the asset management, accounting, and
information technology departments to develop and implement new
solutions to achieve excellence in Investor Services.

Ross Jones

Zach is responsible for a portfolio of assets in the Dallas and Houston areas, including the Park Cities Hilton Hotel. Zach was formerly a CMBS Analyst with ORIX Capital Markets, LLC, focusing primarily on economic analysis for distressed real estate assets.

John is a Regional Partner with RM Crowe where he is responsible for real estate acquisition efforts for California and much of the west. Prior to joining RM Crowe, he spent two years doing real estate acquisition work on the west coast for The Broe Group and over 20 years in the real estate department of Pacific Life. While at Pacific Life, he originated over 100 commercial loans (permanent and construction) on all major property types and in most major markets throughout the US. He also lead the problem loan/workout team from 1991-1995.

Clif is currently responsible for leasing operations in Dallas for RM Crowe. These responsibilities include: Landlord representation, RMC Portfolio leasing, coordination of the Tenant Representation group and business development. With over 25 years experience leasing office space in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, he has had exposure to a broad range of office building types and classes. Prior to joining RM Crowe, he was Vice President of Prentiss Properties, responsible for the Dallas portfolio which exceeded 2 million square feet. In addition he was a Project Leasing Manager for Southland Financial Corp/JPI in Las Colinas with 19 properties and 2.5 million square feet of office space. He has successfully negotiated over 6.5 million square feet of leases averaging over 45 transactions per year.

Steve has oversight responsibility for RM Crowe’s Financial Accounting and Reporting department, as well as primary oversight responsibility for cash management and forecasting, budgeting, insurance matters, investment analysis and financing. Steve has more than 16 years of finance and accounting experience, with over 14 in the real estate industry. After starting his career as an auditor with a local public accounting firm, he joined the Patriot American Group (later Mack-Cali Realty) where he focused on the financial reporting, treasury and forecasting for over 3 million square feet of office product as well as a similar portfolio of hotels and multi-family units. In addition, he supported the acquisitions director by performing modeling and investment analysis. Most recently, Steve served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting for a $1.6 billion unit of ING Real Estate (and Crow Holdings Industrial Trust, its predecessor) where he oversaw functions including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, development accounting, treasury, investor and lender relations, strategic planning and corporate valuations.

As Partnership Controller, Chris leads a team of
professionals responsible for the accounting and reporting of
real estate and hotel properties owned and managed by RM Crowe.
He has over 13 years of accounting experience in the office,
industrial, retail and medical real estate sectors.
Prior to joining RM Crowe, Chris served as Divisional
Controller with L&B Realty Advisors, LLP, a real estate advisory
firm in Dallas, where he was responsible for all aspects of
accounting and reporting for real estate assets held by several
pension fund clients as well as medical properties sponsored by
L&B’s private equity funds. Prior to L&B, he was an Assistant
Controller for Crow Holdings, a diversified group of companies
that owns and directs the investments of the Trammell Crow
family.
Chris is currently a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants as well as the Texas Society of
Certified Public Accountants.

Craig Baldwin

Craig supervises the day to day engineering activities of the maintenance staff for the company, which consists of 40 engineers. He has been with RM Crowe for six years. His primary focus is to ensure preventative maintenance, efficient systems operation, safety and employee training. He is also involved in property transitions and acquisitions through property inspection due diligence.
Prior to RM Crowe, Craig was with Transwestern Commercial Services where he was responsible for a portfolio of office and retail properties. Craig has over 16 years of experience in commercial office engineering and maintenance, and has been involved in all aspects of commercial management operations.

Joel has over twenty years experience leasing and enhancing the value of commercial properties. He has extensive experience in turning around non-performing assets for such clients as Citibank, Lennar and The Dow Pension Fund. For twelve years prior to joining RMC Leasing in 2003, Joel was a Vice President and top producer for PM Realty Group.
